School/Faith-Based Membership Application

You need the following information to complete the process.

  • Link to your website and social media platforms

  • Board of Directors/Leadership Team List (if available)

  • 501c3 Determination Letter (if available)

  • Signature from the leader of your organization

  • Signature from the person responsible for your organization's membership

  • Names of up to 4 authorized shoppers

Our membership application is a three-step process.

STEP ONE

  • Information about your school's main contact

  • Information about your school

  • Document upload

  • Sign the application

  • Wait for approval: 1-7 business days.

STEP TWO

(documents emailed to you)

  • Sign Code of Conduct

  • Sign Liability Waiver

  • Sign Use of Goods Agreement

STEP TWO

(after approval)

  • Pay annual membership fee of $100

  • Submit list of 4 authorized shoppers
